If your HomeHub shows offline after successfully paired, the possible causes are as follows:
- The Wi-Fi condition is not ideal. HomeHub requires a stable Wi-Fi connection for proper functioning as a Wi-Fi device. If the assigned network is over-crowded or the Wi-Fi itself is offline, the HomeHub will not communicate with our cloud and shows 'Offline' in the App. You may try to reset your local network to solve this issue.
- The power supply is not optimal. HomeHub relies on a stable 5V-1A power source to work correctly. Please check the power supply and switch to 5V-1A adapters to solve the issue.
If the situation is still not solved, please remove the device from your account, and pair the HomeHub again.
